The price of the Tesla Cybertruck ranges from $39,900 for the single-motor, rear-wheel-drive model to $69,900 for the tri-motor, all-wheel-drive variant
with a range of 500 miles, a towing capacity of 14,000 pounds, and a time from 0 to 60 mph of less than 2.9 seconds.
Sandy Munro, a manufacturing expert at Tesla, claims that producing 50,000
of these cars could be done for as little as $30 million in capital,
which is a lot less than the $210 million needed to make a comparable number of Ford F-150s.
The Cybertruck's actual price for those who have paid a $100 deposit on it isn't yet known, though.
Only pre-orders are being accepted for the car at this time by Tesla.
