Ford is recalling 462,000 vehicles because of problems with the backup camera's display.

The 2018 Ford F-150 and 2019 Expedition are two of the vehicles with the Sync 3 infotainment system that are covered by the recall.

According to Ford, this problem may prevent drivers from being able to see what is in their rearview camera or notice motion in their blind spot monitoring system, both of which may be hazardous.

To prevent accidents or damage to their cars, vehicle owners should handle this recall as quickly as possible.

Drivers are advised to have their cars inspected as soon as possible by a certified mechanic

or a Ford dealer to find out if their automobiles are eligible for free manufacturer-provided repairs or replacements.
