How much time is required to energize a Ford F-150 electric truck?

The amount of time it takes to charge a Ford F-150 electric truck depends on several factors,

including the type of charging station and the capacity of the battery.

Generally speaking, when using a Level 2 charger, which is what most homes and businesses will have installed for charging an electric truck,

the battery can be charged from empty to full in about 10 hours.

This would mean plugging in overnight and leaving it until morning.

On the other hand, if you have access to a DC Fast Charger (which provides up to 150 kW of power) then

it is possible to charge your truck much faster - between 30 minutes to 1 hour - depending on the size of your battery.
