Is it possible to sell a Tesla with a lifetime warranty?

The Tesla extended warranty can be transferred.

When you buy a brand-new Tesla, you can decide to purchase an extended service agreement (ESA)

that provides additional coverage beyond that of the standard warranty.

In the case of a sale, the new owner will be able to take advantage of the same ESA protections and deductibles that the previous owner had.

If you've recently purchased a Tesla, you should know that in order to process claims under your extended service agreement,

Tesla requires proof of transfer of ownership.

This proof, which is often a copy of the bill of sale, shows that the extended warranty is being transferred legally to the new owner.
