Tesla Model 3 Facelift Unlikely, Despite Masked Cars Spotted Recently

This article summarizes that it is unlikely that the Tesla Model 3 facelift will be released, despite prototype cars being spotted recently.

The facelift is expected to go into production by the third quarter of 2023 at Tesla Shanghai Gigafactory first, followed by the Fremont facility in Northern California.

Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory is the car manufacturer's first facility outside the U.S. and has become a major hub for its electric vehicles (EVs).

Recently, cars Tesla spied two prototypes that might be the facelifted Tesla Model 3 at its Shanghai facility, sparking rumors of a possible launch of new models.

Despite these rumors, it is unlikely that Tesla will produce any facelifted Tesla Models in the near future as traditional carmakers are planning to update their models in the next few weeks.

However, Tesla still plans to sell cars from their Fremont facility in California and other markets around the world.

Despite the recently spotted masked cars, there are no indications that Tesla plans to introduce a facelift for the Model 3.

Instead, they will likely focus on refining their adaptive suspension system and other specifications to improve the performance of their vehicles.

This includes model X redesigns and model Y performance enhancements.
